FUEL Economiser

Can be economiser of fuel the engine as follow:
The engine should be have efficiency of the factor is 85% or more
to be reduction of friction, load, torcy of moment and air intake filter
sould be clear or change with measurement wire mesh and micron
are biggest than original size.Setting the mixing air and fuel is 18kg air
with 1kg fuel. Effect the condition above is the power of the engine will
going to drop approximately is 10% and temperatur running the engine
will be going up approx. 10% so the engine must be attention of the
cooling the engine better more to be change to follow rising of grade
temperatur. For the big capacity of engine should be cooling the air
intake with air cooled water cooler for turbo charger and cooling tower
for cooling the water cooler
